Keeping Your Business Connected
We handle the design, configuration, and ongoing management of your routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
Connected, always
Router configuration
We handle WAN interface setup, static and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF where required), NAT rules, policy-based routing, and failover configuration for dual-WAN setups.
Switch configuration
We configure VLANs for network segmentation, set up trunk and access ports, manage DHCP scopes and IP addressing, apply QoS policies to prioritise latency-sensitive traffic, and enable spanning tree to prevent loops.
Wireless (Access points)
We handle channel planning across 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands to minimise co-channel interference, set transmit power levels to avoid AP overlap, configure SSIDs with WPA2/WPA3 authentication, apply client isolation where needed, and tune roaming thresholds and BSS transition settings.
Network monitoring
We deploy SNMP and syslog monitoring across routers, switches, and APs, tracking uptime, interface errors, packet loss, latency, bandwidth utilisation, and device health in real time.
Network security
Firewall rule management, IDS/IPS configuration, DNS filtering to block malicious domains, and network access control (NAC).
VPN configuration
Site-to-site VPNs for connecting multiple offices, and remote access VPNs for staff working from home, configured with proper encryption, split tunnelling, and access controls.
Most network problems we're called in for are inherited, not new. Growing offices tend to add access points, switches, and cabling reactively as headcount grows, without anyone stepping back to design the network properly. The result is patchy Wi-Fi in some rooms, congestion at peak times, and no real visibility into what's actually happening on the network when something goes wrong.
A properly segmented network is a security control, not just a performance one. Separating guest Wi-Fi, staff devices, and any payment or sensitive systems onto different VLANs limits how far a single compromised device can reach, regardless of what industry you're in.
Organizations turn to us when they:
Experience slow, unreliable, or inconsistent network performance
Lack internal expertise to properly manage routers, switches, and Wi-Fi
Are dealing with slow or dropping Wi-Fi that nobody has been able to fix properl
Have had a security incident and need their network properly segmented and locked down
Lack internal expertise to properly manage routers, switches, and Wi-Fi
